We accept credit card payments, debits, and e-checks through Pay Pal. Credit card and account information is collected by Pay Pal using a SSL secured server, thus, we do not receive your credit card information. Pay Pal is the foremost payment method used online.
Money Order and cashiers checks are also accepted. No personal checks are accepted.

S.C. residents must add 5% sales tax.
International buyers must pay via Pay Pal. All customs fees and/or duties associated with your purchase are your responsibility.
Shipping
We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on total purchases of $85 or more for US Buyers (insurance is still extra). International Buyers will received FREE Global Priority shipping on total purchases of $185 or more.

Shipping Rates for Jewelry Items
Jewelry is shipped via USPS First Class Mail for $2.95. A $1 charge will be added for each additional jewelry item purchased. Each piece of jewelry is shipped in a satin gift bag and gift box.
Shipping Rates for Beads and Findings
Beads and Findings will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for $1.75 for the first item. A .50 charge will be added for each additional item purchased.
Since each additional item adds only a small fee, we encourage you to save money on shipping by combining as many items as possible into one order.
*Insurance is not included in the rates above, but is highly recommended to insure the security of your purchase. However insurance may be purchased for the total value of your purchase at the following rates.

Our international shipping rates are the same for both jewelry and bead/finding purchases.
Shipments to Canada via USPS Global Priority Mail:
$5.25 for 1 to 3 items purchased and combined into one payment.
$8.50 for 4 items up to 6 items purchased and combined into one payment.
Shipments to all other countries where USPS Global Priority Mail is available:
$6.25 for 1 to 3 items purchased and combined into one payment.
$10.50 for 4 items up to 6 items purchased and combined into one payment.
Shipments to countries where USPS Global Priority is not available:
The shipping rate will be determined based on the USPS Airmail Letter Post rates for the country and the weight of the package, plus a $1.00 handling fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Personalized/Customized Jewelry
We want you to be fully satisfied with the look and quality of your personalized product. Because the bracelets are custom made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, then contact us within 14 days of receipt for repairs, resizing or revisions.This does not apply to damage you cause to the customized jewelry. This also does not apply to any mistakes you make in measuring the size or in the color choice of your customized jewelry.
All Other Jewelry and Beads/Findings Purchases
Our goal is for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you feel that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) at your expense within 14 days of receipt for a refund, less original shipping charges paid. All items returned must be in original condition. This does not cover items damaged during shipment if insurance was not purchased.
Defective Merchandise
If, for any reason, you receive defective merchandise please contact us within 14 days of receipt for return authorization. Please pack the merchandise carefully and return to us. We will replace it, if available, or issue a credit -whichever you prefer. All defective returns must be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund.
Backorders
No backorders other than prepaid special orders. You are welcome to contact us regarding in-stock availability dates on any out-of-stock item(s) that you are interested in purchasing. |
